Oversight and transparency are free

A seat is an SDR — someone who works leads, books meetings and earns commission. Everyone who watches, manages or reports on that work is included.

Questions

About the commercials

Who counts as a seat?
An SDR — anyone who works leads, books meetings and earns commission. Team leads, account managers, admins, finance and your clients in their portal are free. An agency’s software bill should scale with the reps producing billable meetings, not tax the people overseeing them or the clients you report to.
What is not included in the seat price?
Telephony usage. Phone numbers, call minutes, SMS and recording storage come from Twilio and are passed through at cost, synced per account so call spend sits next to the output it produced. Prices exclude VAT.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed yearly at the lower per-seat price (€39 on Team, €34 on Scale). Monthly plans cost more per seat and can be cancelled month to month.
Why is there a three-seat minimum?
Below about three reps, the machinery that justifies a platform — per-client products and pricing, the client portal, commission with a compensation matrix, invoicing — is mostly overhead. One client, one commission scheme, no client reporting obligation: keep your spreadsheet.
How does this compare with what we pay today?
Most agencies run a phone or dialer seat per rep, a separate commission tool (often with its own platform fee), and something for client reporting — then reconcile them by hand. Dialbrew replaces that middle layer with one seat per SDR. Add up your current per-rep spend across those tools and compare it with the calculator above.
Can we migrate gradually?
That is the recommended path. Model one client first, run a month in parallel against your existing spreadsheet, and compare the commission and invoice totals. If they disagree, find out in month one on one client rather than in month six across all of them.
